RECIPE: CHIA PUDDING

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog.

Today I’m gonna show you, one of my favourite recipes for breakfasts.

It’s about Chia seeds Pudding.

Chia seeds are among the healthiest foods on the planet. They are loaded with nutrients that can have important benefits for your body and brain. And also they’re full of antioxidants.

I hope you enjoy it ( as much as I do) and give it a try.

Remember this is an overnight meal. You will need to keep it in the fridge during all the night.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of Chia seeds
  • 1/2 Banana
  • Some Goji Berries

Chia Seeds, Banana, Goji Berries, Coconut & Rice Milk

Add 1 cup of milk in the bowl

After that, add 1/4 cup of Chia seeds. Mix it up and pop it in the fridge

After 12h, here you have your Chia Pudding

Then we can add some toppings like half banana
