Recipe: STRAWBERRIES BOWL

Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog.

So today, I’m going to show you one of my favourite recipes of all time: Strawberries smoothie.

I have always been a loyal fan of milkshakes, smoothies and fruit juices. They’re a really good option for complete out ration of daily fruit. Also, it’s a perfect option for breakfast or just a snack in the afternoon.

Ingredients:

  • (6-7) Strawberries
  • 1 cup of milk or vegetable drink. (Coconut and rice for me)

And yes, that’s all.

Topping:

  • Goji Berries
  • Oatmel
  • Grated Coconut
  • Chia seeds

Strawberries, milk and the toppings.

Cut the strawberries in small pieces. Leave one for the topping.

Put the chopped strawberries and the cup of milk in the blender

Add some oatmel for more consistency

Blend it up!
