So today, I’m going to show you one of my favourite recipes of all time: Strawberries smoothie.
I have always been a loyal fan of milkshakes, smoothies and fruit juices. They’re a really good option for complete out ration of daily fruit. Also, it’s a perfect option for breakfast or just a snack in the afternoon.
- (6-7) Strawberries
- 1 cup of milk or vegetable drink. (Coconut and rice for me)
And yes, that’s all.
- Goji Berries
- Grated Coconut
- Chia seeds
